At Smosh Store, we want you to love your gear as much as we loved making it, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unwashed and unworn apparel. If your order isn't quite right, we're here to help make it right with a straightforward refund or replacement process.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items in their original condition.

  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; make sure to keep your tracking receipt for peace of mind.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
